Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:

Items must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging

Clearance items, personalized items, and final sale items cannot be returned

Products damaged due to misuse or improper assembly are not eligible

Return Shipping Fees

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect

Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

Processing typically takes 5–10 business days

You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Photos of the damage

Packaging photos (if applicable)

Your order number
We will replace the item at no cost or issue a full refund.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of being placed.
After that, the order may already be processing and cancellation is not guaranteed.
